Construction Risk Manager

Job Description : Construction Risk Manager Saudi Arabia ( Site-based) requirement for a highly experienced Construction Risk Manager to work client side on a large scale, mixed use development in Kingdom Saudi Arabia. Candidates applying for this role will have experience leading risk management activities on large construction projects including risk identification, risk analysis, mitigation planning, tracking and reporting form., schedule, performance, and safety-related risks. The position will require proactive interfacing with multi-disciplinary team of engineers in the pursuit of managing risks across the program. Candidates applying for this role must have a minimum 15 years' experience. • Analyze and communicate risk priorities to Project and Program Managers • Identify risks and interface with the team of engineers and managers • Comprehensively identifying Risks that might impact on the achievement of the Program Objectives • Accurately assessing the potential impacts of the identified Risks • Prioritizing the requirements for Risk response identification • 15- years experience in construction project risk management • Bachelor's degree from a recognised westem institution
