Job Description : Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post Contract) ???? UAE We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong command of FIDIC contracts and proven expertise across both pre-contract and post-contract stages. This role is critical in ensuring effective cost control, contractual compliance, and commercial success across projects. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead project budgeting, cost planning, and BOQ preparation • Manage tendering processes, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations • Oversee cash flow forecasting and financial control • Handle variations, valuations, and payment certifications • Manage FIDIC-based claims, EOT submissions, and dispute resolution support ???? Requirements: ? Proven UAE experience in a similar role ? Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial management ? Ability to manage high-value claims and complex negotiations ? Excellent analytical, contractual, and stakeholder management skills ????
