Job Description : Senior Manager – Quality (Automotive Tier 1) ROMANIA Open to International candidates ???? Experience: 18+ years (Automobile manufacturing industry only) ???? Qualification: ME / M.Tech (Mechanical / Automobile / Manufacturing) ???? Key Responsibilities Handled customer complaints using 8D CAPA, ensuring timely resolution and closure. Conducted process, product, and internal audits, including Management Review Meetings (MRM). Successfully led and managed customer audits with effective compliance. Managed New Product Development (NPD), process validation, APQP reviews, and PPAP documentation. Implemented and monitored safe launch activities for new projects. Drove PFMEA through cross-functional teams and implemented lessons learned (TGR/TGW). Monitored SPC, MSA, calibration systems, and tracked quality KRAs for improvement. Ensured QMS compliance, CAPA effectiveness, and timely escalation management. Led shopfloor quality systems, VMS implementation, control plan audits, and PPM improvements. Developed suppliers, implemented special gauges, and supported manufacturing excellence initiatives. ?? Technical Expertise * CAPA (8D), APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and VDA 6.3 audits. Skilled in process validation, NPD, QMS, calibration, and supplier quality. Proficient in lean tools, 7QC, visual management, shopfloor quality control, and cross-functional problem solving.
