The role involves managing tenders, cost estimation, technical/commercial proposals, client coordination, and contract negotiations. Requirements: 10+ years experience in Telecom & ELV (Saudi Arabia) Strong knowledge of fiber optics, ELV systems & telecom infrastructure Experience in tendering, estimation & contract management Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Transferable Iqama mandatory Bilingual (English mandatory; Arabic advantage)
