Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER TANZANIA A leading mining group is looking to hire a finance professional to support its operations in Tanzania, with flexibility on base location. The role will be responsible for driving financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance across mining operations, while partnering closely with site and corporate teams. The incumbent will play a key role in managing working capital, overseeing statutory and tax requirements, and strengthening financial controls in a dynamic, asset-heavy environment. The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of experience in mining, metals, or heavy industrial sectors, with strong exposure to project or site finance, ERP systems, and multi-country operations. Prior Africa experience will be an advantage.
