FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER TEMA GHANA FOR AGRI COMMODITIES Agri-commodities group is looking to hire a Finance Manager based in Tema, Ghana, responsible for managing end-to-end finance for local trading and supply chain operations. The role will drive financial reporting, budgeting, inventory accounting, and working capital management, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and group policies. The incumbent will partner with commercial and operations teams to support commodity trading decisions, cost optimization, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in agri commodities, trading, or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to ERP systems and multi-entity operations. Africa experience will be preferred.
