Job Description : HEAD OF AFTERMARKET OPERATIONS – ASIA** interesting role with an automotive group in Asia that’s in the middle of rebuilding its aftersales operations. This isn’t a sit-back role — it’s for someone who enjoys getting hands-on, coaching teams, and putting structure back into a business. You’ll be leading aftermarket operations across premium brands, focusing on workshop performance, warranty, and bringing processes back to where they should be. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT FIT: * Premium brand experience (JLR / Porsche ideal) * Strong aftersales and workshop background * Warranty and process-driven mindset * Expat experience essential * Pinnacle DMS exposure an advantage.
