General Manager

Job Description : GM RETAIL NIGERIA Lead end-to-end retail operations and overall business performance for Dukan Nigeria. Drive sales growth, profitability, and full P&L management. Oversee store operations, inventory management, supply chain, and warehouse functions. Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor KPIs, sales targets, budgets, and operational efficiency. Ensure excellent customer service standards and CRM/loyalty program execution. Lead, train, and develop high-performing retail teams. Ensure SOP compliance, VM standards, stock accuracy, and loss prevention. Coordinate with buying, planning, and marketing teams for product and promotional strategies. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify business expansion opportunities. Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and company policies. Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Retail Management or related field. 20+ years of retail management experience with minimum 5 years in Nigeria. Strong experience in retail operations, P&L management, and team leadership. Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic management skills.
