Job Description : GM – Quality POLAND Open to International candidates Experience Required:- 15–20 years (min. 5 years in leadership role in QMS/Quality Systems) Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Mechanical; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; ISO/TS Certified Lead Auditor Key Responsibilities QMS Implementation & Compliance Major Areas of Responsibility Customer Quality Management Supplier Quality Management In-Process & Final Inspection New Product Development (APQP & PPAP) Team & Talent Development CI, Kaizen, 5S, TPM Warranty & Customer Satisfaction Lab, ESD, Testing Compliance Regulatory & Environmental Compliance Deep knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Proficient in Quality Tools – FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D Understanding of automotive electronics processes – SMT, PCBA, sensor calibration Expertise in APQP, PPAP,Control Plans, CAPA Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green/Black Belt)
