Job Description : Global Head of HR Operations UK Open to International candidates - c.£140,000 plus generous package. Global Head of HR Operations, with a base salary of up to £140,000 plus generous bonus and package. This is a transformation-focused opportunity, supporting a business preparing for significant international growth. It will suit someone who enjoys building scalable HR infrastructure, driving operational excellence, and navigating complexity across global markets, including the US. You'll lead the evolution of HR Operations into a truly global HR Shared Services function, alongside the implementation of a new global HRIS platform (the usual suspect). Over time, the remit is expected to broaden as the HR Shared Services offering continues to evolve, so we are looking for someone with the appetite and capability to help shape that journey. We're sector-agnostic on this search and welcome candidates from complex, international environments. Experience in/with: - Workday optimisation and/or implementation - HR Operations change and transformation (processes, workflows, tech, op model) - Building or scaling HR Shared Services to service a global population. preferably including the US.. …will all be highly relevant.
