Senior General Manager

Job Description : Senior General Manager – Operations (Automotive Electronics Company Only) POLAND and looking for International candidates Experience Required:- 20+ years in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the automotive electronics industry. Qualification:- Minimum B.Tech in Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC). An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. Strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across all manufacturing facilities in India. This position oversees the entire operations value chain, including production planning, quality assurance, supply chain, process optimization, plant-wise P&L, maintenance, HR coordination, customer communication, warehouse management, and new product transfer to production. Will play a pivotal role in aligning operational activities with the company’s long-term business objectives while ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and adherence to international quality and environmental standards (TS16949, ISO14000). The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage large-scale, complex manufacturing processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This includes daily work management (DWM) implementation, optimizing delivery performance, and leading plant-wide maintenance initiatives. Will be responsible for: - Plant-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability and driving operational efficiency across all Indian facilities. - Overseeing new product transfers from R&D to mass production while ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness. - Customer communication to align with delivery commitments, quality standards, and relationship management. - Collaborating with HR to develop and implement workforce planning, training programs, and leadership development initiatives. - Managing warehousing and inventory processes to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient logistics. - Driving and supporting the sales plan by ensuring operational capabilities align with business growth targets. - Implementing best practices (5S, TPM, Kaizen) to sustain quality and process improvement efforts. - Leading award-winning operational excellence initiatives to reinforce the company’s reputation as a market leader.
