20 yearsJob Description : BUSINESS HEAD TANZANIA FOR CHEMICALS 20+ years experience The incumbent will be responsible for driving aggressive and sustainable business growth by leading sales across retail and project segments, strengthening market presence, and building a high-performance organization. This role requires a balance of market expansion, commercial discipline, and operational excellence Lead sales of all construction chemicals product lines across Retail and Project segments. Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability in line with business objectives. Plan and execute initiatives to increase brand presence and visibility across retail and project segments. Lead contractor and influencer development programs for key products and applications. Ensure robust working capital management, including receivables, inventory, and credit control. Drive timely recruitment and build a strong, capable sales organization across field sales, project sales, and support functions. Work with technical and R&D teams for effective product positioning and launches. Drive implementation of robust systems, processes, and controls across the sales function. Strong exposure to project sales, retail distribution, and specification selling. Proven leadership experience in managing large, geographically dispersed teams. Strong analytical and administrative skills. Excellent people management skills
