Preference for German speaking candidatres, fluency in English is mandatory At least 7 years of experience as Head of Department (HOD) Must have handled a workforce of 2000+ manpower Strong exposure to Tier-1 automotive manufacturing operations is mandatory . Preferred Profile: Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments Excellent knowledge of quality systems / production processes
