Job Description : QUALITY ENGINEER NIGERIA Quality Engineer (Plastic Industry) Qualification: CIPET (Diploma/Degree in Plastics Engineering/Technology) Experience: Minimum 10 Year We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality control processes and a strong understanding of plastic products and standards. Perform quality inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished goods Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications Handle documentation related to quality reports, audits, and inspections Identify defects and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quality improvements Knowledge of measuring instruments and testing methods Support internal and external audits Required Skills: Good knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (Injection Molding preferred) Familiarity with quality tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of ISO standards
