About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Transformation Lead to drive large-scale Finance and Digital Transformation programs across global business units. This role requires strong consulting experience, CXO stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end ownership of transformation initiatives. ? Key Requirements (Must-Have) • Proven experience in Finance Transformation (mandatory) • End-to-end ownership of large transformation programs • Strong exposure to consulting-led engagements • Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders • Knowledge of AI, Automation, and Data Analytics in Finance ????
