This is a leadership role where you will drive plant performance, efficiency, and operational excellence. ???? Key Responsibilities -Lead end-to-end feed mill operations -Drive production efficiency, yield, and cost optimization -Oversee maintenance planning (preventive and breakdown) -Ensure GMP, HACCP, and quality compliance -Manage inventory, production planning, and dispatch timelines -Lead and develop high-performing teams -Improve plant productivity and reduce downtime ? Ideal Candidate Profile -Engineering (Mechanical) or Veterinary Graduate -12–18 years in animal/feed mill operations -5+ years in leadership role (Production Manager or above) -Exposure to Africa/Middle East preferred -Strong in operations, cost control, and team management ????
