Job Description : GM FACILITY OPERATIONS NEW ZEALAND Open to International candidates This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation across both organisations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee diverse teams and play a key role in achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and sustainability. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth goals, including doubling revenue. Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, optimise efficiency, and leverage advanced technologies to enhance productivity across all business units. Team Development: Build a high-performing workforce by fostering a collaborative culture, implementing SMART KPIs, and introducing tailored training programs. Business Growth: Expand into specialised markets such as healthcare, IT infrastructure, renewable energy, and critical power systems. Secure national contracts and drive revenue diversification through high-margin services. Health & Safety: Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols with a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe practices. Lead sustainability initiatives across both organisations. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders while providing actionable updates to the Board on strategic priorities. Innovation & Technology: Drive digital transformation through AI, IoT technologies, ERP systems, and other advanced tools to enhance service delivery. Electrical, HVAC or critical power systems experience would be a significant advantage A minimum of 20 years of which 5 years of leadership experience in facility management, infrastructure, or critical power systems. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver on ambitious growth targets. Skills & Attributes: Strong expertise in business development and financial management across multiple business units. Technological aptitude with experience in ERP systems and AI-driven tools. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to align teams with strategic goals. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency.
