We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Head to lead and oversee our snack food manufacturing operations. Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE Industry: Snack Food Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: ? Manage day-to-day production operations ? Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved ? Monitor hygiene, food safety, and manufacturing standards ? Lead and motivate production teams ? Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments ? Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence Requirements: Experience in food/snack manufacturing preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and factory operations Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
