Job Description : NSM UAE NATIONAL SALES MANAGER We are looking for a results-driven leader to take full ownership of our sales strategy and execution across the country. This role is critical in driving growth, strengthening our market presence, leading our expansion strategy, and managing a high-performing sales teams. Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute national sales strategies - Lead and manage the sales team across all channels - Drive revenue growth and market expansion - Build strong relationships with key customers and partners - Monitor performance and optimize sales operations Requirements: - Proven experience in FMCG sales leadership - Strong understanding of GTM and RTM strategies - Track record of delivering growth targets - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Experience in following categories is preferable: Canned Business, Snacks, Beverages
