Job Description : CCKN Job Loc - Vietnam Expat Benefits - Tax Free Salary in USD + Local Allowance + Accomodation + Transport + To Fro Tkts + Paid Leaves etc. We are hiring a seasoned leader to head the Cashew Kernel (CKN) Business Unit with complete ownership of P&L, glo · Drive overall P&L management for the Cashew Kernel business · Develop and execute business strategies, budgets, and growth plans · Lead RCN sourcing and CKN processing optimization across geographies · Expand global sales across US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia markets · Build and manage relationships with importers, retailers, and trading houses · Identify new business opportunities, partners, and distribution channels · Track market trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics · Ensure operational excellence across processing, logistics, and exports · Lead and build high-performing teams across functions · Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and yield enhancement / Candidate Profile: · 18-22 years of experience in Cashew / Agri Commodity / International Trade · Strong exposure to Cashew Kernel (CKN) business and RCN sourcing · Proven track record of handling P&L and global markets · Experience in managing large teams and multi-location operations · Strong network across suppliers, processors, and global buyers · Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
