Job Description : PLANT HEAD NIGERIA ???? Experience: 12–15 years ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end plant operations – production, quality, safety & efficiency • Drive OEE improvement, Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma initiatives • Ensure strict quality & compliance standards (especially for baby care products) • Optimize cost, inventory, and supply chain processes • Manage manpower productivity & plant performance KPIs • Oversee maintenance, reduce downtime & improve equipment reliability • Champion ESG & sustainability practices ???? Ideal Candidate: ? Strong background in FMCG / baby care / hygiene manufacturing ? Proven leadership in plant operations & continuous improvement ? Hands-on experience with OEE, TPM, Lean & Quality Systems ? Excellent analytical and team management skills
