Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD BIO CHEMICALS EUROPE Open to International candidates Lead the endtoend scaling of new biochemicals businesses from pilot stage to commercial operations Drive business development, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships across target markets Act as the primary interface with customers for technocommercial discussions and codevelopment initiatives Oversee process and technology scaleup in close coordination with RD, engineering, and manufacturing teams Identify and resolve technical, operational, and commercial bottlenecks impacting scale and margins Support project development, including plant configuration, execution strategy, and commissioning readiness Own performance tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement for the biochemicals portfolio. Candidate should have 22 to 25+ years of compulsory experience in biochemical/bio-based firms/Biochemical BU of EPC companies Technology development/commercial scale-up of biochemical or bio-based technologies Market/customer interface: P & Lownership, BU Head or Business Leadership roles
