Finance Director

Job Description : Finance Director Location: Abu Dhabi I’m currently working on a Finance Director mandate for a infrastructure platform based in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone operating within infrastructure, utilities, energy, renewables, or other asset-heavy environments, with strong exposure to project finance, financial modelling, treasury and finance transformation. The position will act as the #1 finance lead on the ground, partnering closely with senior leadership and investors while helping professionalise and scale the finance function through the next phase of growth. Key areas of focus include: • Project finance & capital structure management • Financial modelling & investment analysis • Treasury, cash flow & covenant management • ERP implementation & finance transformation • Board & shareholder reporting • Commercial business partnering
