This is a high-impact leadership role with direct visibility to the Board and a mandate to drive financial strategy, governance, and business growth. ???? Key Highlights: Lead group-level finance strategy across multiple entities Drive financial consolidation, FP&A, and performance management Partner with the Board on strategic decision-making Manage cross-border operations, compliance, and risk Lead treasury, fund raising, and capital allocation Build and mentor high-performing finance teams ???? Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in group finance / CFO roles Strong exposure to multi-entity & cross-border operations Prior experience in Africa or emerging markets (mandatory) Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Commercially driven with a focus on growth and value creation
