Job Description : Lead – Retail Operations CARIBBEAN We’re looking for a seasoned retail leader who can bring together strategy + execution to drive operational excellence, expand our retail footprint, and build a best-in-class customer journey ????Key Responsibilities - Ensure consistent store operations & customer experience - Lead ops excellence programs, SOPs, audits & staff incentives - Drive in-store activations and tech-enabled innovations (Salesforce, Wooqer, etc.) - Identify and execute new store expansion opportunities - Strengthen GTM, NSD, and store performance (including underperforming locations) - Elevate customer experience, NPS, and engagement initiatives - Build systems for feedback, automation, and continuous improvement ????What We’re Looking For - 18+ years in retail operations (multi-store experience preferred) - Experience managing franchisees - Strong analytical, stakeholder management & execution skills - Self-starter with high ownership and willingness to travel
