Job Description : Head – Sales for a leading Paint Company. EAST AFRICA This leadership role will be responsible for driving B2C sales growth, market expansion, distribution excellence, and channel development across key markets. The role requires a strong sales leader with proven experience in managing large-scale distribution-led businesses, driving revenue growth, and building high-performing sales organizations within competitive consumer-driven industries. #LeadershipScope • Lead end-to-end sales strategy across dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel partner networks • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and regional business performance across B2C markets • Manage large-scale sales operations with strong focus on profitability, growth, and channel productivity • Strengthen and expand dealer/distributor network to improve market penetration and retail reach • Drive omnichannel sales growth across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce platforms • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Operations teams to strengthen go-to-market execution • Improve sales force effectiveness, distribution efficiency, and execution excellence across territories • Build and lead high-performing sales teams across regions with strong focus on performance and accountability ? 15–20 years of sales leadership experience with strong B2C exposure ? Mandatory prior experience in Paints Industry. Candidates with additional exposure to FMCG, FMCD, Building Materials, Consumer Durables, or allied consumer-driven industries will be strongly preferred+ ? Strong expertise in distribution expansion, dealer management, retail sales, and channel development ? Proven track record of driving profitable growth, market expansion, and sales transformation ? Experience in omnichannel sales including General Trade, Modern Trade, and Digital/E-commerce channels ? Strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and stakeholder management skills ? MBA from a reputed institute preferred ????
