Job Description : Technical Manager (Plastic Manufacturing) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (plus standard UAE benefits) Industry: Plastic Production / Manufacturing The Role A leading Plastic Producer in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Manager to drive their operational and project-based growth. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives in a manufacturing environment and possesses a deep understanding of the entire plant lifecycle, from initial design to final commissioning. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead and oversee both Greenfield (new facility) and Brownfield (expansion/modification) projects within the plastic manufacturing sector. Installation & Commissioning: Provide hands-on expertise during the installation and commissioning phases of production lines and plant machinery. Technical Governance: Ensure all engineering activities align with quality standards, safety protocols, and operational efficiency goals. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Process Optimization: Utilize data-driven methodologies to improve plant performance and manufacturing reliability. Candidate Requirements Industry Experience: Must have a solid background within the Plastic Manufacturing industry. Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in Project Management, specifically focusing on the technical aspects of plant development. Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in the successful installation and commissioning of industrial equipment. Location: Currently based in Abu Dhabi or any other Emirate within the UAE.
