Job Description : Vice President – Technical (Flour Milling) Job Purpose To provide strategic and operational leadership for the flour milling and production functions, ensuring optimum plant performance, operational excellence, product quality, food safety compliance, cost efficiency, and sustainable business growth. The role requires strong leadership to make thoughtful decisions aligned with the organization’s mission and goals, while effectively delegating responsibilities, inspiring teams, and communicating across all levels. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of logical and analytical problem-solving ability together with outstanding organizational and time management skills. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead milling & production strategy aligned with company goals. ? Oversee daily plant operations, productivity, quality, engineering and safety. ? Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. ? Implement SOPs, KPIs, and preventive maintenance programs. ? Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. (HACCP / ISO) ? Lead, mentor, and develop technical & production teams. ? Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to optimize the supply chain. Candidate Profile: ? Degree in Food Science / Engineering / Business Management (MBA preferred) ? 15+ years of progressive experience in flour milling & production, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles. ? Strong knowledge of milling processes, equipment, and food safety standards. ? Proven track record in operational excellence and cost optimization. ?
