Job Description : Head IR/ER Job Location: (North India / NCR) We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead Employee & Industrial Relations for a large manufacturing company/industrial house. ???? Experience: 14–22 years in IR/ER ???? Expertise: - Handling unionized and non-unionized setups with large contractual and direct workforce - Managing advanced HR software for contract labour and staff - Strong knowledge of labour law changes and new labour codes ???? Age: Up to 48 years ????
