Job Description : HEAD TECHNICAL PHARMA OPERATIONS PAN EUROPE Open to International candidates with 25+ years experience Provide strategic and operational leadership for end?to?end technical operations, including lifecycle management, post?approval changes, and technology transfers across the manufacturing network. Ensure continued GMP compliance, regulatory readiness, process robustness, and supply continuity for a diverse, commercial product portfolio distributed across global markets. Lead and develop technical teams, manage and govern external manufacturing partners, and collaborate cross?functionally to drive execution and resolve complex challenges. 25+ years of global experience in Pharmaceutical Technical Operations, MS&T, and Technology Transfer. Demonstrated ability to manage and influence internal & external teams in a multi?region environment. Broad exposure to commercial dosage forms such as OSD, OLD, injectables, and large molecules. Strong grounding in global regulatory expectations (e.g., US, UK, EU). Commercially astute, execution?focused leader. This is a high?impact global leadership role with end?to?end ownership of technical operations, lifecycle management, and technology transfer for a commercial pharmaceutical portfolio. The role offers strong C?suite visibility, meaningful influence over manufacturing networks, and the opportunity to drive strategic and operational outcomes in a complex, global environment.
