EXPAT FACILITY HEAD

Job Description : EXPAT FACILITY HEAD MANILA PHILIPPINES We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Facility Head to oversee end-to-end facility management operations across multiple commercial properties. The candidate should have strong expertise in statutory compliance, legal regulations, vendor management, and maintenance operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all facilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall facility operations for assigned sites Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, legal requirements, and safety regulations Handle liaison with government authorities for approvals, licenses, and inspections Oversee maintenance (MEP – Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and housekeeping operations Manage AMC contracts, vendor selection, negotiations, and performance monitoring Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost optimization, and expense tracking Monitor and ensure uptime of all critical equipment and infrastructure Handle audits, compliance checks, and documentation Key Requirements: 18–20 years of experience in facility management, preferably in commercial real estate/malls/IT parks Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, legal frameworks, fire safety norms, and local regulations Experience in managing multiple sites and large teams Good understanding of MEP operations and maintenance Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facility Management / Operations Certification in Facility Management / Safety / Compliance (preferred)
