What You’ll Drive: End-to-end Planning & Merchandising strategy for a complex, multi-format retail business Ownership of buying, assortment planning, and inventory optimization Managing large SKU portfolios with high velocity & seasonality Ensuring product availability, sell-through & margin optimization Close collaboration with Buying, Supply Chain & Store Operations teams Building strong systems, processes & data-driven planning frameworks ???? Who We’re Looking For: 15+ years of experience in Planning & Merchandising leadership roles Proven track record in Fashion, Luxury, Footwear, Home or Lifestyle retail Experience handling large-scale, multi-format retail environments Strong expertise in SKU management, forecasting & inventory turns A sharp commercial mindset with strong analytical depth Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams & influence cross-functional stakeholders ???? Location: Middle East ???? Compensation: AED 40,000 – 55,000/month + Variables + Long-Term Incentives This role is ideal for leaders who can balance art & science of merchandising while driving scale, speed & profitability.
