FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER ABU DHABI UAE Job Description. a. Coordinate with the management of the JV businesses on the regular MIS reporting structure, analyse these MIS and report on operational & financial performance of the JV businesses to the senior management & the Board. b. Prepare a consolidated monthly MIS analysing and reporting of the performances of the current and future JV businesses. c. Analyse and report any financial gaps with respect to the approved budgets. Make an action plan to ensure closure of any variations that are observed. d. Ensure that all the JV businesses are operating with full statutory financial, tax, legal and any other regulatory compliances. e. Support the management team in being the custodian of Shareholder’s interest in the JV businesses. f. Provide support in evaluating new business opportunities . g. Work closely on need basis with the finance teams of the JV businesses in providing support & guidance on matters pertaining to finance, commercial, tax & treasury functions. Functional Competencies. · CA with 12-15 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis division in a reputed businesses in UAE / GCC region · Hands-on experience in data analysis, MIS preparation and reporting of financial statements. · Understanding and knowledge of Joint Venture structures / businesses · Exposure and understanding of project financing, feasibility study, investment evaluation & decision making · Industry experience preference:- Oil & Gas, specialty chemicals, Metals, Logistics Soft Competencies. · Good communication skills · Strong business Acumen and process orientation · Excellent analytical skills · Good reasoning abilities with strategic intent.
