Location: Nigeria Key Responsibilities: Manage large workforce (mass employee handling) at plant site Ensure compliance with local labour laws & statutory requirements Handle end-to-end onboarding & employee lifecycle management Oversee employee relations, grievance handling & HR operations Support site management with HR policies and procedures Requirements: Prior experience in plant/site HR role is mandatory Strong knowledge of labour laws and workforce management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
