Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service levels. ???? Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve performance Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Lead demand planning and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead and develop the supply chain team ???? Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 10–15 years of experience in supply chain management At least 5 years in a leadership role Proven experience in Food Manufacturing industry is a must Strong leadership and analytical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in ERP systems
