Job Description : Group Business Director TANZANIA Job Overview: This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that all operating companies operate as commercially disciplined, performance-driven, and financially sustainable business units. Location: Dar es Salaam (with flexibility for travel) Reports to: Group Executive Chairman Key Responsibilities: • Group Commercial Performance Management • Leadership Oversight and Accountability • Financial Oversight and Performance Control • Strategic Execution and Alignment • Business Growth and Expansion • Organizational Structure and Performance Optimization • Governance, Reporting, and Performance Visibility Requirements: • The incumbent must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution. • A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) shall be considered an added advantage. • A minimum of ten (10) years' progressive experience in senior management. • At least five (5) years in a multi-business or group-level leadership environment.
