Job Description : : Head of Engineering (Instrument & Control) in Doha Qatar We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering (I&C) to lead and oversee all Instrument & Control engineering activities, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, standardized processes, and the highest technical quality standards. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee I&C engineering deliverables and perform cold eye reviews • Provide technical guidance to EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors • Resolve complex I&C technical issues to meet project objectives and milestones • Support start-up and early operations with field engineering expertise ???? Key Challenges: • Managing EPC contracts and I&C teams to achieve timely delivery up to PAC • Maintaining strong working relationships with contractors and stakeholders • Ensuring consistent, high-quality engineering outputs ????
