Job Description : Head of Technical UAE 20+ years experience This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced technical professional who is passionate about food safety, quality, compliance, and driving a strong food safety culture across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ???? Key responsibilities include: ? Leading the Technical, Quality & Hygiene functions ? Owning the Food Safety & Quality Management System ? Leading BRCGS, HACCP, TACCP & VACCP compliance ? Hosting customer and third-party audits ? Driving continuous improvement and technical strategy ? Developing high-performing technical teams and succession plans ? Acting as the key contact for major retail customers and regulatory bodies We’re looking to speak with candidates who have: ? Proven technical leadership experience within food manufacturing ? Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and retailer standards ? Experience managing audits and customer relationships ? A passion for food safety, quality, and operational excellence ? Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
