Job Description : Plant Head – Injectables FRANCE Open to International candidates, French speakers preferred B.Pharm / M.Pharm 20+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, with strong exposure to regulated formulations and injectables manufacturing facilities. ? Lead end-to-end plant operations for Injectables manufacturing ? Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, and other global regulatory standards ? Drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, and EHS initiatives ? Handle aseptic manufacturing operations and regulatory audit preparedness ? Manage cross-functional teams across Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain ? Ensure adherence to cGMP, data integrity, and compliance systems ? Develop strategies for continuous improvement and capacity enhancement Candidates with proven experience as Plant Manager / Plant Head in reputed regulated Injectables manufacturing companies.
