Job Description : Plant Head – OSD FRANCE Open to International candidates French speakers preferred B.Pharm / M.Pharm 20+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, with strong exposure to regulated OSD facilities. ? Lead end-to-end plant operations for OSD manufacturing ? Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, EU, and other regulatory standards ? Drive productivity, quality, EHS, and operational excellence initiatives ? Manage production planning, manpower, and plant performance ? Handle regulatory audits and ensure GMP compliance ? Lead cross-functional teams across Production, QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain ???? Preferred Profile: Candidates with proven experience as Plant Manager / Plant Head in reputed regulated pharma companies.
