Job Description : GROUP CFO FIJI 20-25 years experience to lead the financial direction of the diversified and fast-growing RC Manubhai group of Companies. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and Board of Directors, the Group CFO will play a critical role in shaping corporate strategy, strengthening governance, driving operational excellence, and supporting sustainable growth initiatives. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished finance leader with strong business acumen, leadership capability, and experience managing complex multi-entity operations. Strategic Leadership Partner with the CEO and Board in defining long-term business strategy and growth plans. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate performance management across the group. Provide strategic financial insights to support investment decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities. Financial Management & Governance Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks. Oversee group treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Lead annual audits, tax planning, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance. Strengthen internal control systems and financial policies across all business units. Commercial & Operational Excellence Drive profitability improvement and operational efficiencies. Develop financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and business intelligence reporting. Support digital transformation and implementation initiatives. Evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor finance teams across the group. Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, investors, and external stakeholders. Present financial and strategic reports to senior leadership and the Board. Key Requirements: Chartered Accountant qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Company secretary course will be an added advantage. Minimum 15-20 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive exposure. Experience in diversified groups, manufacturing, retail, construction, telecom, or large corporate environments preferred. Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury, taxation, governance, and strategic planning. Proven experience leading high-performing teams and organizational transformation. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High integrity, commercial mindset, and strategic thinking capability.
