Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM THAILAND FOR FOODS AND INGREDIENTS Estimate, Develop, Strategies and formulate Annual Business Plan, Market share objectives in consultation with MD. - Preparation of Strategic business and Marketing plans. - Formulation of Annual Budget Plan - Generation of customer demand for achieving sales plans. Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan - Liaise with customer cell at HO to draw sales plans for customers. - Follow up in weekly /monthly/quarterly achievement of sales targets by tracking performance of the team member - Customer management - Quality & Operations Management - Internal Business Process - Product Development and Management - Competitive Analysis - Leveraging best service, sales, marketing, practises - Learning and Development - Team Development - B.Sc. Chemistry and Master's in Business Administration;15-20 years of experience in - Food Ingredient business - Commercial and Operational functional know how, Sound Knowledge of Ms-Office, Business dynamics and cultural aspects of regions like China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, Singapore,Malaysia, Japan and Philipines.
