Job Description : GM DUTCH ANTILLES We are seeking a visionary and accomplished leader to transform and position a distinguished resort property into one premier deluxe luxury destinations. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality leader with strong operational expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for elevating guest experiences to luxury-level standards. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the property, including: - Strategic and operational leadership - Revenue growth and financial performance - Guest experience and service excellence - Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing, HR, and Engineering operations - Team development, culture, and community engagement We are looking for a leader who brings: - Proven experience of 20 years of which at least 8 as a General Manager within a 200+ room upscale or luxury hotel - Strong background in repositioning or elevating hospitality brands - Exceptional financial, operational, and leadership capabilities - Luxury hospitality experience with recognized hotel brands - A hands-on, inspiring, and guest-focused leadership style This position offers a competitive six-figure NET U.S. salary along with a comprehensive executive benefits package.
