Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance ? 15+ years of experience in steel manufacturing companies ???? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end plant operations and business units • Drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency • Lead sales strategy, pricing, and market expansion • Manage budgets, KPIs, and financial planning • Ensure compliance with statutory and safety standards • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors & authorities • Lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
