Job Description : Head of Accounting (SAP S/4HANA Implementation) ???? Location: Dubai, UAE ? Hamriyah Free Zone (Relocation Required) JM International SPC is hiring on behalf of a client establishing a wire drawing manufacturing facility in Dubai. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Accounting to lead financial operations and drive ERP transformation. ???? Role Overview This is a strategic leadership role responsible for setting up and managing the full accounting function while leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA from the ground up. ???? Key Responsibilities • Establish and manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation (from design to go-live) • Develop internal controls, policies, and financial procedures • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and audit requirements • Build and lead a high-performing finance team ???? Requirements ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (CA / CPA / ACCA preferred) ? Proven experience in financial accounting leadership roles ? Hands-on experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA from scratch (mandatory) ? Strong understanding of manufacturing / industrial finance is an advantage ? Age preference: Below 50 years ? Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
