Job Description : VP / President – Formulations Manufacturing Operations HALIFAX CANADA Open to International candidates • B.Pharm / M.Pharm • Age below 55 years • 25+ years of experience in Pharma Manufacturing Operations • Strong exposure to Formulations, OSD, and Injectables Manufacturing • Experience in managing 5–10 manufacturing plants • Candidates from large pharmaceutical formulations companies only • Lead multi-site manufacturing operations across OSD and Injectables facilities • Drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and compliance • Ensure adherence to USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, WHO, and other global regulatory standards • Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with business growth objectives • Handle regulatory inspections, audit readiness, and quality governance • Drive automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, SCM, EHS, and Projects Senior leaders with proven expertise in managing large regulated formulations manufacturing operations and a strong track record in operational leadership.
