Job Description : Vice President – CDMO / Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) EUROPE lead the Strategic Growth & Expansion of the CDMO Business Across Generic APIs & Small Molecules. The Role Carries end-to-end Responsibility for Business Development, Strategic Customer Partnerships, Commercial Excellence, & P&L Performance The incumbent Would Position the Organization as a Preferred Global CDMO Partner by Delivering Scalable, Compliant, & Cost- Competitive Manufacturing Solutions Across Development, Scale-up, & Commercial Manufacturing. 1. Business Development & Growth Develop & Execute the Global Growth Strategy for Generic API & Small Molecule CDMO Business. Build a strong opportunity pipeline Across Development & commercial Manufacturing Programs. Drive Customer Acquisition, Commercial Negotiations, Pricing Strategy, & long-term Supply Agreement Deliver Sustainable Revenue Growth, Profitability, & Customer Diversification. 2. Strategic Customer Management Act as the Senior Relationship leader for Key Global Customers. Convert Transactional engagements into long-term Strategic Partnerships. Identify lifecycle Expansion, scale-up, & follow-on business Opportunities. Lead CXO-level Customer Discussions, Governance Reviews & Strategic engagements. 3. Portfolio & Commercial Strategy Define Portfolio Strategy Aligned with Manufacturing Capabilities, Market Demand, & profitability. Drive Molecule Prioritization, Cost Competitiveness, & Operational Scalability. Collaborate with Technical teams for Process Optimization, yield improvement, & Capacity Utilization. 4. P&L Ownership Own & Drive the overall CDMO business P&L. Lead forecasting, Demand Planning, & Pipeline Conversion Align Commercial Priorities with Capital Allocation & Manufacturing Capacity. 5. Cross-Functional Leadership Work Closely with Manufacturing, Process R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, & Finance teams. Ensure Seamless Execution of Tech Transfers, Scale-ups, & Commercialization Programs. Resolve Critical Customer, Quality, Delivery, & Operational Escalations. 6. Regulatory & Compliance Excellence Ensure Adherence to Global Regulatory Standards including USFDA, EMA, PMDA, & Other international Agencies. Drive Strong Compliance, Quality, & Data Integrity Culture Across the Organization. Support Customer Audits, inspections, & Technical due Diligence Activities. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Related Scientific Discipline With an Exp. of about 20 -25 years in API / CDMO / Contract Manufacturing Business Leadership. Strong Exposure to Generic APIs & Small Molecule Manufacturing Proven experience in Global Business Development, Strategic Partnerships & P&L Management. Demonstrated Success in Scaling CDMO Businesses & Managing international Customers
