Job Description : Pharma Key Account & Market Access Manager (UAE) Reporting to: Country Manager UAE & Oman Job Purpose • Drive timely and sustainable access for pharmaceutical products in the UAE healthcare market. • Manage key accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Account Management • Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare institutions and private sector clients. • Build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and goal alignment. 2. Market Access and Regulatory Navigation • Collaborate with teams to ensure product inclusion in formularies, insurance, and tender lists. • Engage with health authorities {DHA (Dubai Health Authority), MOHAP (Ministry of Health & Prevention), SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services Company), RAFED, Pure health} to secure approvals and address challenges. 3. Sales and Revenue Growth • Position products effectively to drive sales and achieve/exceed targets. • Identify new business opportunities to grow market share. 4. Stakeholder Engagement and Education • Conduct presentations, workshops, and training for healthcare providers. • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen market presence. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and account performance. • Report insights to inform strategies and decision-making. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with internal teams to align on goals and support product strategies. Qualifications and Experience Education • Bachelor's in Pharmacy/Life Sciences (mandatory). • MBA or related postgraduate qualification (preferred). Experience • 10 years in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, or market access in the UAE. • Proven success in managing complex accounts. • Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
