Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD RETAIL BANKING MANCHESTER UK Open to International candidates Lead – Operations for a leading Bank. This leadership role will drive operational excellence, process efficiency, governance, and scalable banking operations across the organization. The role requires a strong banking operations professional with mandatory experience across both Liabilities and Assets operations within large banking environments. #KeyResponsibilities • Lead end-to-end Banking Operations across Retail Banking, Branch Operations, Liabilities, and Assets businesses • Mandatory experience in Liabilities & Assets Operations including CASA, Deposits, Payments, Retail Assets, Loans, and Mortgages • Drive process automation, digitization, operational efficiency, and transformation initiatives • Ensure strong operational controls, RBI compliance, audit readiness, and risk management practices • Improve service delivery, TAT, productivity, and customer experience metrics • Collaborate with Business, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Product teams for seamless execution • Build and lead high-performing operations teams with strong governance and execution focus #CandidateProfile • Proven Banking Operations leadership experience with reputed Banks/NBFCs/Financial Institutions • Mandatory exposure to both Liabilities and Assets Operations • Strong understanding of Retail Banking Operations, Branch Banking, and Centralized Processing • Experience in operational transformation, governance, and process optimization • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and execution capabilities
