Job Description : Regional Manager – CARIBBEAN (Women’s Western Wear Retail) Location: BARBADOS We are hiring a dynamic Regional Manager for a leading retail group specializing in women’s western wear. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth and profitability across the region Manage and oversee Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) formats Lead end-to-end retail operations including sales, VM, staffing, and store performance Handle a business portfolio exceeding USD 50 million Ensure strong execution, operational excellence, and team productivity Candidate Profile: Proven experience of 15+ years in apparel retail is mandatory Strong background in managing EBO and SIS formats Demonstrated capability in handling large-scale retail operations Preference for candidates with experience in women’s apparel segment
